Chief Executive Officer
Tom 
Povedano

Tom is the CEO of Vesta Holdings,responsible for day-to-day operations of all of Vesta’s operating companies and investments—corporate structure, finance, investments, insurance, cybersecurity, estate planning, and more.

 

Tom’s quarter-century of experience brings Vesta Holdings an advanced understanding of operational best practices, both strategic and tactical, and considerable expertise in adapting these to the varying needs of a wide range of established and new organizations.

 

He began his career as a business manager at Capital One Financial, developing and launching domestic and international enterprises. In 2004 he joined Capital One colleagues in founding a highly successful reverse mortgage lender. He subsequently moved to insurance carrier Genworth Financial, first as Business Development Leader and then as COO of Genworth’s new life-settlement venture Institutional Life Services. When ILS was acquired by insurance broker/consultant NFP, Tom was appointed COO of their Individual Client Group, from which he was recruited to Momentum.

 

Tom holds a B.A. degree from James Madison University and an MBA from the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business.

Stanley
Jablonowski

Stanley is an insurance industry executive with over 40 years of experience. He is the former Chief Operation Officer of Acrisure, the fastest growing national insurance brokerage firm in the United States, growing from 70 million in revenues to over 1 billion dollars in revenue over the course of three years.

 

He is the former President and CEO of Bank of America Agency and predecessor acquiring firms HILB and Willis. In addition, he is also the former Managing Director of Marsh & McLennen Companies, Morristown, NJ.

Paul
Harper

Paul has 30 years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry. He started his career as a successful producer moving to sales team leader then regional sales management.

 

For 18 years, he was part of the senior management team of Direct Link Holding Group initially as Vice President, Sales and Service then, for more than a decade, as Chief Operating Officer. During this time, he played a key role in taking the brokerage from start-up to a 7 location, multi-discipline insurance operation with locations in both the US and Canada. The brokerage was sold in 2015 to a large, private, US-based brokerage.

Chief Financial Officer
Michael
Hines

Michael has a 40-year demonstrable track record of financial and business experience including Planning and Analysis, Auditing, Financial Modeling, Internal and External Financial Reporting, and complex Finance Management.

 

He is adept in negotiations, contract compliance, process improvement, and policy development and implementation. Hines held the position of CFO at Direct link Holding Group for 9 years where he assisted with 45 insurance agency acquisitions by serving as a member of 3-person Merger & Acquisition team performing analysis, planning and negotiations. Direct Link was acquired by Acrisure LLC in 2015. Prior career experience included Partner and Senior Vice-President at KPMG, responsible for such diverse projects as business restructuring & tax planning engagements, forensic engagements, viability assessments and expert witness engagements. Hines has also been a board advisor to a variety of companies including a tech start-up and a Canadian company which markets never before-seen film footage of some of the most famous musicians of our time.

Operations Manager
Carla
Green

Carla obtained her Insurance license in 2001 and has over 15 years management experience. She started as a property and casualty producer, implementing a successful partnership with the mortgage industry, and as Senior Vice President and Agent of Record, responsible for the operations and staffing of an Insurance Agency in California. As this agency was acquired and became a part of Summit Risk Advisors LLC, she remained with the organization to oversee operational systems and facilitate mergers and acquisitions. Carla holds an AS degree in Computer and Information Management.
