Stan is an insurance industry executive with over 40 years of experience. He is the former Chief Operation Officer of Acrisure, the fastest growing national insurance brokerage firm in the United States, growing from $70 million in revenues to over $1 billion in revenue over the course of just three short years. Stan is the former President and CEO of Bank of America Agency and predecessor acquiring firms HRH and Willis. He is a former Managing Director of Marsh Morristown, NJ.

Joshua
Sawicki

Josh has been CEO of the Company since 2006. Inclusive of JV’s, Josh has completed nearly 50 acquisitions and grown the business to where it stands today as a top 100 insurance brokerage. Josh earned an undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting from Hartwick College in Oneonto, new York, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. After college he obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and worked for KPMG as an auditor for three years at which time he accepted a position to work with his father at Summit in Vernon, Connecticut.

Michael Hines

Hines has a 40-year demonstrable track record of financial and business experience including Planning and Analysis, Auditing, Financial Modeling, Internal and External Financial Reporting, and complex Finance Management. Adept in negotiations, contract compliance, process improvement, and policy development and implementation. Hines held the position of CFO at Direct link Holding Group  for 9 years where he assisted with 45 insurance agency acquisitions by serving as a member of 3-person Merger & Acquisition (M&A) team performing analysis, planning and negotiations. Direct Link was acquired by Acrisure LLC in 2015. Prior career experience included Partner and Senior Vice-President at KPMG, responsible for such diverse projects as Business Restructuring & Tax Planning engagements, Forensic engagements, Viability Assessments and Expert Witness engagements. Hines has also been a Board Advisor to a variety of companies including a tech start-up and a Canadian company which markets never-before-seen film footage of some of the most famous musicians of our time.

Paul Harper

Paul has 30 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. He started as a successful producer moving to sales team leader then regional sales management roles between 1996 and 2000.  Paul is the former COO of a multi-national insurance brokerage where he played a key role in taking the brokerage from start-up to a 7 location, multi-discipline insurance operation with locations in both the US and Canada. The brokerage was sold in 2015 to a large, private, US-based brokerage. At the time of the sale, the brokerage operated at a normalized EBITDA of more than 40%.

Greene

Jeff is an insurance executive with over 25 years of experience in the standard and non-standard insurance market.  He is a former Vice President of Freeway Insurance Services of Florida (Confie Insurance Group Holdings, LLC) where he was responsible for day to day operations of 42 retail locations.  Prior to joining Freeway, Jeff was Vice President of Operations and Director of Franchising for FedUSA Insurance / Franchising Group. He was also Florida State Retail Manager / Director of Franchise Operations for Affirmative Insurance / 21st Century Holding Company where he oversaw 100 retail and franchised agencies.

James
Frommert

James has been in the insurance industry for nearly 10 years. He began his career as a national wholesale broker in 2011 where he specialized in CAT / Tier 1 perils, with a focus on commercial habitational properties. He  joined People’s United Insurance Agency in November of 2013 to expand the footprint into Westchester County and New York City. In 2016, Fairfield county Business Journal honored James as one of 40 Fairfield County Young Professionals. James is a graduate of Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY, graduating with a BS degree in Business Administration & Finance. James is responsible for the management and growth of the company’s commercial insurance practice.
